Cancellation & Refund Policy

At YoPhuket, we value your travel experience and aim to make our booking process fair and transparent. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 7 days before tour date: Full refund (100%) will be provided.

• 3–7 days before tour date: 50% refund of the total amount.

• Less than 3 days before tour date / No-show: No refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by YoPhuket

• If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety issues, or insufficient participants, customers will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the tour.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

• Please note that bank or payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Changes to Booking

• Changes to the booking date or participant details must be requested at least 3 days before the tour and are subject to availability.

5. Special Conditions

• Some tours, promotions, or discounted tickets may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
